A. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on compatible mobile devices solely for your personal or professional photo editing purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
B. User Content & Intellectual Property
- Full Ownership: You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights of all original raw photos you import and any edited files you export using the Application.
- Zero Licensing to Us: We do not claim any ownership, rights, or license over your photos.
C. Prohibited Actions
You agree not to:
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the Application.
- Use the Application for any unlawful purposes or to create content that violates local regulations.
- Distribute, modify, or sell any proprietary assets, UI designs, or filters built into the Application.
D. Subscriptions and Payments
- Pro Features: Upgrading to IteraLens Pro unlocks premium AI tools, presets, and removes advertisement banners.
- Billing: Real-world transactions are processed and managed entirely by the Google Play Store under Google Play Billing terms.
- Sandbox Testing: Any subscription simulations performed during testing tracks (mock purchases) are completely free of charge.
E. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Application will meet all your rendering speed expectations or operate completely error-free on all Android device configurations.
F. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IteraTrail and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of photos, data corruption, or device crashes) arising out of the use or inability to use the Application.
G. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local regulations, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
